"Originally, I was attracted to complete an endurance event. Additionally, I was motivated by the effect that cancer had on my direct family. Having completed three Red Sky Rides, and learnt much more of what the Solaris Cancer Care provides to those suffering from cancer, a desire to ensure sufficient funding is also a strong motivator.

Lastly, the opportunity for me to ride with family members and have my wife along as a volunteer is a great opportunity." Jim Bond, Team Bond

Tip: Take Time to Stretch After Riding

Taking a few minutes after each ride to stretch out can help with recovery and ease muscle pain. Try with or without a foam roller depending on your own preference and ability.

Here is a great video demonstrating 10 stretches you can do anywhere.
